Maintenance is wonderful. They come as soon you put a request in, Carlos is running a good team. The first 2 months was a little rocky with a lot of police activity but it has declined the last month or so.

Very bad management! Might actually be the worst! Marylisa is very disrespectful to everyone! Got evicted because my 1 year old was learning how to walk!! They said the down stairs neighbors said she was to loud. When I went to the office to let them know I was willing to move to a down stairs unit they told me that wasn’t necessary, as I had cameras in my house and outside to prove that there wasn’t any unnecessary Sounds coming from my unit weeks later came an eviction come to find out they evicted the people beside me because they had children as well. But the people blow me were aloud to smoke drugs, play music and fight in the hallways. When I asked for the corporate number the other lady at the desk said she didn’t know the number. Not to mention the bad mold problem they have.

My experience here has been very good. I have absolutely no complaints thus far. The property manager and office staff are very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance workers are very respectful and have fixed any issue I’ve had quickly and efficiently. My neighbors are friendly and I love how quiet the neighborhood is.

I was a full time college student back in 2015-2017 and decided stop and serve my country and help my family who was struggling financially. I joined the U.S. Air Force and before I left I told the leasing office I was leaving and had my orders/contract to break the lease and they go ahead keep charging me rent and they filed a write off on my rental history report. Which is affecting me now going to my next duty station to find a place to rent. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! Don’t even respect the people serving their country!!! All they care about is their money and increase their rent for no reason!!!
