I toured this apartment community recently after seeing some negative reviews from a few years ago and decided I wanted to see things for myself—especially in regard to customer service and the condition of the units. I’m really glad I did. Cheyenne, the leasing agent who assisted us, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. She made us feel comfortable, took her time with us, and answered all of our questions and concerns to the best of her knowledge and experience. I recently moved from Coastline apartments. My almost two years of living there was WONDERFUL! I hated having to leave due to having to relocate. I felt very safe on premises. Maintenance staff are SUPER. Very clean grounds. The office staff, Hannah, Kerry, Cheyenne, and the property manager are truly professionals! Thanks Coastline Apartments!

I've had basically no issues at coastline apartments and if I do and I make a request to get it fixed consider it done. Going on 4 years living here it's been truly awesome. Last issue was my microwave broken and bam a new one was installed.

My experience with Cheyanne and Cassie was amazing! They were both extremely helpful during my move-in process. They made me feel like family and that’s very hard to find!
