I have had the pleasure of working with Tristan as my home inspector on several occasions for my buyer clients. He is thorough, honest and extremely helpful. I recently purchased a home on Oak Island as an outer state buyer. Tristan did my home inspection for me. He was extremely thorough with the inspection. He talked me through all of his findings to include potential problems we might have in the future. After we completed the purchase he did a walk through with my contractor and followed up with phone calls if we had additional questions. He went well beyond his scope of contracted work. A++ work.

Tristan Benninck... Write that name down and remember it when you need a home inspector. Top notch, thorough, professional. Came back to assist when I needed help on something I saw as not done per the report. Fees are reasonable. I highly recommend him and he is a great person as well.
