I contacted Paul through a realtor about a home inspection for our new construction home we are buying. He answered the phone and we agreed on a price. Once I was able to confirm a date with the builder, the appointment was scheduled. There were reminder messages up to the appointment which was very helpful. Paul showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. He also addressed two of my concerns as well. We received the report the same day as promised.
