iTrip Oak Island-Southport

We have been using Itrip for the past 3 years to manage our condo Seas the Oak'asion. Being new to the rental market we weren't sure what to expect. But after interviewing with other PM companies on the island, Itrip became and easy choice. We have been so pleased with personalized service that James, Rebecca, Hugh and the rest of the team has given us as owners and our guests. We can't say enough good things about them. We would never use any other company or trust anyone else to care for our investment and our guests.

iTrip has provided great property management services for our home on Oak Island. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone just purchasing a short term vacation rental or for anyone thinking about switching from one of the other local companies. It is well worth the management fees to have their team handling any issues that come up. We could not have done it ourselves, especially living out of town.
