Josh was the best realtor we have dealt with! He was honest and up front about everything, even if we didn’t want to hear it. There was no hiding anything from us and he was completely honest and transparent. There were also no surprises at the closing table. Everything went smoothly and without any undo stress. Not that I want to ever sell my house, but if I did Josh is the only person I would work with.

THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE! Worst experience with a realtor in 23 years of military service & 11 moves! . ADMINISTRATIVELY INCOMPETENT. Conveniently failed to provide physical papers for me to document damages in the house upon moving in. Despite repeated requests to have him assess the house the day we moved out, he was very insistent that he wanted us moved away when he assessed the house. Once we were moved to another state, I found out why. Tried to keep a substantial portion of our security deposit. HE WASTED SO MUCH OF OUR TIME as we had to show him old emails where we took pictures of damages upon moving in, which was the documentation that compelled him to give us some of our money back!
