CMP Management

CMP is a very quiet, friendly, clean neighborhood. My apartment is beautiful and well maintained. CMP is very quick to respond with any concerns, or anything that might need fixing. The appliance were all knew when I moved in and they were beautiful, everything freshly painted, smelled good, no mold, no mildew. Clean and safe for children.The grounds are very clean. They treat for pests on a regular basis which is wonderful! The rent is very reasonable. Management is always quick to respond and very friendly.10 out of 10 recommend. I love my home.

I am a current resident at Palmetto Lofts which is managed by Clear Mountain Properties. I can honestly say that I have truly enjoyed living here and that management is great! They are very accommodating and most work orders have been taken care of within 24 hours if not same day. I am really happy here and just renewed my lease. Definitely excited for another year here. The staff in office are very positive and have great customer service skills. Definitely recommend Clear Mountain Properties.

Safety is of no concern to them. My apartment door was kicked in and my apartment destroyed by a guy that CMP allowed to live in the apartment below us unchecked for months. There were people dealing drugs in the apartment below and in the building next to ours. This guy with a criminal record longer than my arm claimed to be talking to a guy in my apartment through our vents. After the guy was arrested (pictured) on SEVERAL warrants and drugs/weapons charges, Mallory dropped by and accused me of having an unauthorized tenant living with me like I had done something wrong. So I guess we victim blame now. I was selling something on FB and when the kid came to pick up the item, Mallory comes around and says “Is this the guy who’s been living with you!” 🤣 Awkward as hell. Our family moved here when my partner was pregnant with our child. Our daughter will be three this year and this will also be our third year living in Creekside. The office and maintenance team are all very personable and we are glad that this is our home. We live in a safe community and enjoy our neighbors! If you are looking for a family oriented property management team, CMP is great!!

We have been living here for a little over 5 months now. Overall, we really enjoy this apartment complex. The price is great for the apartment that you get and the surrounding area is great. Everywhere you may need to go is within a 10 minute drive. The management has also been great with helping us with any of our concerns/maintenance needs.
