I’ve stayed there for four years, and the first thing I want to mention, that I never had any issues with the management, or the office. They were so professional, helpful, and friendly all the time. Petra, Rachel and everyone worked there. Moving in and out experience was so easy and smooth. No surprises, no hidden fees hiding around the corners. My security deposit refunded, with no issues. They only deducted small amount for the last Conservice bill, which is so understandable. Buildings are clean and the whole community well maintained, all the time. They are strict about the parking spaces, but for me that wasn’t issue, at least I always find space for my second car. Maintenance guys are amazing. Never had an issue with them. The only reason I gave four stars not five, is just because

I was here for 2 years, and had to relocate for personal reasons, and this was hands down the best place I ever lived. The staff, Celia, Petra, and Rachel are hands down the best, they're so kind, caring, attentive, and any time I needed something fixed, they were on it. Gabriel and the other maintenance crew we're awesome!!

Stayed for 7 months, broke lease and paid a hefty fee to get out. Management is rude and disappointing. Main gate didn’t work with the sticker most of the time, none of the facilities were open to us, pool had no furniture, and super loud and annoying neighbors. Ridiculously overpriced for how little you’re getting. Even the second parking must be paid for even though our home was a 2 bed 2 bath. Had a really disgusting stink in the apartment at one point and gave me bronchitis. 100/10 do NOT recommend. Find somewhere where you’ll be treated with respect and have your needs met without wasting your money. We left the apartment in great shape and still did not get our deposit back because they vacuumed the carpet. So ridiculous, I tell everyone I meet to stay away.
