Covina Palms Apartments

I have been living here in Covina Palms Apartments since earlier this year. We are very fortunate to have found an affordable and spacious apartment for our growing family. Arturo and Gabriela are very professional and attentive since day 1, and whenever I have requested repairs in the unit. They are responsive and courteous with any request and helps my family and I feel at home. Arturo is very kind, professional and has done a very good job. Thank you :)

We stayed for about 2 years at this apartment, very well kept and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious and nicely done, what really made it feel like home was Gabriela. She was always warm and welcoming from the moment we were viewing the apartment to when we handed her back the keys she really is the best part of Covina Palms. She always made us feel welcomed there so much so that when we were viewing other apartments we went with Covina Palms because Gabriela made that much of an impression of us. You couldn't ask for a better property manager than Gabriela she makes you feel really welcome because of how much she cares which was especially evident when the neighboring apartment building was on fire and their manager was nowhere to be found. I'd highly recommend Covina Palms

Gabriela(resident manager), Arturo(maintenance) and Ralphie(manager). Are the most hard workers to manage and maintain these apartments. They have events and they care about everybody. These apartments are a beautiful place to live in. Because we are treated with respect, they keep these apartment well kept and they deserve 100% respect for the job they do. They make you feel at home and it is very well kept and beautiful here. I wouldn't move anywhere else because I love this place and I love how they treats us here. We're not just renters we're family here and that's how they treat us like family

We moved here 2 months ago, and I find this environment to be peaceful and cozy. Gabriela, who is the manager, is amazing. Her attention to detail on the management of this property and care for her tenants exceeds my expectations. Her quick response to her tenants' needs is what keeps this community thriving. Any issues or concerns We’ve had have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Gabriela is responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of her tenants. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the maintenance service. Whenever I’ve had an issue, maintenance has consistently responded and resolved the problem within 24 hours. Their prompt attention to maintenance requests has made a huge difference in my living experience. It’s clear that they prioritize their tenants’ comfort and convenience.
