Brookwood Apartments

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this apartment community. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process of getting a new apartment. They made everything feel smooth and manageable, and I truly appreciated how transparent they were every step of the way. When I moved in, the apartment was extremely clean it honestly looked like a brand-new apartment. Whoever prepared the unit for the new tenant did an amazing job, and it made moving in such a great experience. I'd also like to mention the maintenance team; they are very friendly, responsive, and do a great job keeping the property tidy and well maintained. I’ve had a great experience living at this complex and truly enjoy calling it home. Karla and Priscilla are absolutely amazing. They are always very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond to any emails or concerns I have. Their professionalism and kindness really make a difference and makes you feel valued as a resident. The maintenance staff also deserves a shout-out — they are friendly, respectful, and efficient, and any requests are handled promptly and professional. Overall, this community is well cared for, welcoming, and a great place to live. I genuinely enjoy being here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place that feels comfortable and well-managed.

Lived here for 4 years and it was so great! Priscilla and Karla were amazing too! Whenever we needed assistance they were communicative and reached out asap. Had to move for work but enjoyed my time :)

Brookwood is a medium sized established community of 160 units. It appears to have minimal ADA compliant areas (lots of stairs). As with any apartment lease.. you have to read the contract. What happens if you need a different apartment within the community? Keep in mind securing a different apartment might not be an easy task. Is there a flat buyout to break your lease (possibly a $7500 flat buyout ... just what is their policy on apartment transfer or early move?) Some communities use feral/free to roam cats as possible rodent management (ask if cats freely roam). Cars at Brookwood get stolen and vandalized (just like anywhere else). Lived here for a bit over a year when we moved in rent was 2650.00 when we moved out our rent was at 3095.00. For 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment It went up so quick after our lease ended. It’s not worth the price to live here everything in the apartment was falling apart walls peeling off shower and ceiling peeling as well. My car got broken into and so did my family members since visitors can’t park inside after 6 pm. You only get 7 parkings for visitors per month after that you have to park your visitors in street which there is a lot of homeless people breaking cars. The managers Pricilla and Karla treated us so rude and condescending didn’t even say thank you when there was an apartment on fire which my family used our own fire extinguishers to put out no thank you or not even acknow
