Very difficult to get things repaired. Appliances dont work properly and they dont get fixed or replaced. Neighbors run to management rather than work issues out. Office manager is great. Property manager is childish. Cockroaches are bad. They move from one apartment to another.
Old building not maintained over the years. Piping failed in my apt several times before fixing. Raw sewage in my guest bathroom 4 times. Possible wall damage and mold. If parked anywhere other than designated areas THEY WILL TOW! The towing company stalks the parking lot waiting for the perfect chance to mess up somebody's day.
Wish it was in better shape. Holes in the carpet and tenants have to clean before they move in their stuff.
Great neighbors, great management, nice apartments at a really good price.
