Bethel Builders built a semi-custom home which exceeded my expectations. Their moto is "built solid as a rock" and after taking delivery I can definitely see the details that will make my new home last for generations. Their sales staff diligently worked with my wife and I to ensure that we were happy with every detail of our new home. Their program manager made sure every detail came to reality. I highly recommend Bethel Builders to build your home.

We came to Bethel Builders with our house design and they worked tirelessly to make our vision a reality. Dianna worked through all the iterations of the house design and the numerous options we wanted, helping us through the choices to achieve our beautiful custom home. Jeff oversaw the construction, correcting the small items early in construction, preventing them from becoming big issues latter. There were changes needed to the plan with the shape of the lot. Jeff presented the options we had and walked through the trade offs with each choice. His eye for detail and what would look good was appreciated by us. While building a dream home can be stressful, Bethel helped reduce our stress and make the building experience memorable, not a nightmare.

After seeing so many others reviews I decided to leave my own. Our house was built in 2019. We didn’t have any issues with communication or having our concerns ignored. The land was graded beautifully and overall the structure has been very solid. Only now are we seeing some signs of settling. My only concern was the interior paint job. The paint was sprayed on and in some places applied messily against the wood trim. Overall though, a beautiful house built within our budget.

Just spent my first night in my new home by Bethel Builders. Laurie Nichols was upfront and honest, available and answered all my questions from the get go. The office staff was quick to respond to emails and kept the ball rolling. My project manager, William, was patient and went over all the details and systems of my home before I moved in. Would highly recommend this builder. UPDATE: It's been 5yrs since I moved into my home. I could not be happier. We are looking to build again on a lot we own down at Kerr Reservoir. I had reached out to Dianna at Bethel to see if they would be willing to build at our new location. After talking to Lori, they agreed to do the job!! So happy!!

We built our house in April of 2020. The quality of our house built by Bethel is terrible. Terrible drywall work, they refused to fix everything that was supposed to be fixed for the one year warranty, and terrible communication with the office staff. One of my biggest complaints is that our yard was not grated properly and it holds water like crazy. Good thing we did not get a basement or it would be flooded all of the time. They refused to do anything about it. I recommended them to family before I realized their quality of work and I strongly regret it. They have had nothing but a terrible experience as well. Please consider your decision and other reviews before choosing this company. Also just discovered this huge crack in my foundation that they tried covering up with caulk.
