I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance guys at my apartment Justin and Skip are truly the best! They are always professional, respectful, and incredibly kind. Every time I’ve put in a request, they respond quickly and get the job done efficiently. Not only do they fix the issue, but they take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. It’s rare to find maintenance staff who genuinely care, but Justin and Skip go above and beyond every single time. They’re friendly, dependable, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It honestly makes such a difference living somewhere where you feel taken care of. Thank you both for everything you do you’re seriously appreciated! 👏

This review is about the maintenance team, Justan and Skip. They’re extremely responsive and courteous. I had a few issues in the past year, and they fixed them promptly or negotiated with a contractor to come earlier than scheduled to fix them. They also dote on my dog, giving her scritches and treats when we visit the office. They’re really swell.

I just finished living at Clover Creek for a little over a year, and I have to say with a 100% honest heart, that I can not think of one single negative thing to say about my time there. I moved to Clover Creek with my young son after a bad breakup, and Clover Creek’s office staff was so kind and understanding from start to finish. The maintenance staff is another huge part of my positive experience with Clover. I never had to wait more than an hour for an issue that was called in, but honestly it was rare I had to even contact them because the apartment didn’t have many maintenance issues because everything is in great condition. I lived here for a little over a year, and we truly had the best experience. The maintenance team is amazing, and the office staff is always there for anything you need. The view from my apartment, 9H, of the mountains had me absolutely in love. We only moved out because we had to relocate to another state—otherwise, we would have definitely stayed at Clover Creek.
