Pat at Closing Time Realty is simply the best. He represented us as our buyer's agent and we couldn't have been happier. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, purchasing property and real estate law. He was always available to answer questions or to set up a home walk-through. He's just the right guy you'd want to have when buying or selling a home. We recommend him highly.

I wish I could give Pat 10 stars. I used other realtors buying my first condo and again buying some land and was always stressed out by the end. Since then Pat at Closing Time Realty has helped me with several home purchases and sales now and is exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to navigate any hiccup that arose with ease. Pat has been my agent on two different real estate transactions and was the best agent I've ever had. I bought both properties remotely (one primary residence, one rental property). He was very knowledgeable about the local market and highly responsive. He went the extra mile for us as remote buyers on little things like shutting off our electric, handing off keys, and even facilitating things at the rental unit.
