CLOSED Title

Purchased a house with this company in May 2025 and everything went fine. In December 2025, went to sell the house and there was a title issue. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. I reached out to then for a correction, and they had something to my new title agency in about a week. The correction they issued was not approved by the attorneys. When I reached back out the Closed Title, they did not respond - stopped taking phone calls or responding to emails. This almost cost me the sell of my house. I had to find the sellers from my purchase in May without their help, pay for a mobile notary to go to the previous owners, as well as may additional fees for the correction. Never again.

Janea and her team have been absolutely amazing to work with! They handled our files diligently, quickly, and with complete transparency. I’ve done a lot of deals with other title companies, and many tend to take their time but Janae and her team truly goes above and beyond. They put in their all, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for such a great team and an outstanding experience!
