Cloisters of Concord

Moving in was a breeze!!! I spent about 4 days wasting time and money with other apartments who had a lot of hidden fees & information. I applied to cloister and Kelly was my leasing agent. She was extremely helpful, great communication and they got me in and out of the leasing office in under 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Come to cloisters!! 👌🏾💯

The office staff is great! The community is clean and quiet and safe, even though you are right in the middle of a busy area in Concord. The buildings are older (built in 1999) but they have been updated and maintained. When you have maintenance come in they are always very respectful of your space. Usually you’ll have the same person or two coming to your apartment. The prices are modest and fair for the size of the apartments.

Cloisters of Concord was a FANTASTIC place to live. The unit and grounds are gorgeous and very well kept up with. The neighborhood always looks pretty and the landscape is kept up with so nicely. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. The leasing staff is amazing. They are so kind, patient, helpful, and quick to solve (what very few issues) I had. The only issues I had in 2 years of living there was with the air conditioner / heater - which were fixed within just a few days. During the few days of them being fixed, they gave me space heaters and plug in fans to make the unit comfortable. The only reason I left is because my partner and I bought a house. Best Complex in Concord NC. They are always willing to help no matter what time it is. For instance, water issue at 1:00 am on a Saturday night. I called them and got a call back within 15 minutes. Maintenance came out to fix the issue. They keep you informed with special events, routine maintenance checks and such. You will not be disappointed. I have been here 5 1/2 years.

Leasing staff are amazing, maintenance workers work quick and efficiently. Grounds are very well kept, pool always clean. Everyone is very friendly. The community is nice and quiet.
