I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and management has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and comfortable. I’m happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice place to call home.

I have been living in this apartment for 2 years and have recently renewed for a 3rd year. I absolutely love the place, its well taken care of ,the apartments are well equipped and are neat and spacious and the resident services are very helpful. My leasing agent Nancy is the sweetest lady and takes care of us like family. She is extra careful and is always considerate of us as we are students. If you are a student in the university of Hartford its the best place to stay

I've lived here for years, and it has been wonderful. The neighborhood is beautiful - historic buildings with sidewalks on tree-lined streets. Ample gated parking. Maintenance workers pick up trash off the street every morning - show me a suburb where that happens! The neighbors in my building are long-term residents, we know each other by first names and everyone is quiet. The office staff, maintenance workers and security are professional, friendly and responsive to problems. This place is a gem.
