Clearwater creek

I recently moved in (late May 2025) but I have to say I've been impressed not only with the quality of the apartment/facilities, but helpfulness of the staff (thanks Allie!) and how responsive they are for maintenance issues etc. will see how it goes over time but I'd say value for the money, to be in a gated complex that is well maintained (they have a robust internal staff), you could pay more for less out there. Location is nice and quiet. Glad I found this place!

I have lived at Clearwater Creek for over five years and I am very happy to be a tenant here! The apartments are clean, contemporary and the layouts are very good as I have lived in two different floorplans. The maintenance crews are excellent and attentive and the management staff are excellent. They have addressed any concern I have had promptly. Marshawn, Donna, Allie and Monica are very professional and personable with great customer service skills. I enjoy visiting with them! The properties are gated so the security is good. Parking has been very good at locations on both sides of the creek. I certainly enjoy the garage with the unit I have now; it's big enough for the car and good storage. To me, one of the biggest advantages here is that the property is not dormitory-like as so many
