2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 1 covered carport. Continently located minutes from Hillfield.

We lived here for a little over two years. Our apartment manager was very lazy and would frequently ask us to leave notes from her for other tenants or knock on their doors to talk to them on her behalf. She became hostile and rude for no reason over the course of the two years we were here. She would complain to us about other tenants, and would never answer calls. She promised myself and my neighbor brand new dishwashers one day, because my neighbors child was almost kidnapped off of the property. We never got those dishwashers. They expected us to pay for professional carpet cleaning when we moved out. They expected us to let people come into our apartment while we were still living there, to see it...very weird thing for an apartment complex to do. These are not townhouses by any stret

if i could rate this apartment any lower i would. the manager has failed to fix the growing number of safety hazards at this apartment. underneath the tiles in the bathroom is black mold. it has caused the tennants breathing issues and health problems. the foundation is wearing away. the poles that hold the porch up are deteriorating to the point the pole will be worn away within the next 5 years leading to a possible collapse. this apartment has has mice issues, leaking issues, among others. the manager has told my mom she has to move out after a failed inspection. my mom begged to stay, korey (the manager) wrote out a contract making it do that she can stay but that her grandchildren are no longer allowed on property, along with her daughters. none of us have ever been disrespectful or d

I have not resided here but I've known 3 families who have over the past 10+ years. Well maintained considering the age. I say this only because other similar complexes in the same area I have seen degrade over time. I have heard complaints from a couple people who live here, but after speaking with them about why, I realize this is the fault of the tenant, not the managers. We as tenants have responsibilities also and if we're upholding those, then we likely won't have any issues at all :) there's always two sides to every tale. And I imagine managing an apartment complex is quite stressful at times with so many "customers" to appease. (Updated)

A nice wall or new fence around the property would make these apartments a 4 star.
