Clearfield Junction

Our apartment flooded Superbowl Sunday and maintenance was at our place within 30 minutes of my call. They are so responsive and attentive. Management is very communicative about any apartment wide issues or maintenance concerns. Generally, the apartments are fairly nice and well appointed. Our unit has a large tub, plenty of kitchen counter space, lots of outlets, and large balconies. We've been very happy here since we moved in.

I have had nothing but Great Experiences with Clearfield Junction! Kelsie and Travis do an amazing job taking care of the residents and address any issues that arise with great speed and execution. Nice to be at a property where the staff and management truly take pride in what they do! 10/10 would recommend any friends or family to call this place a home!

Moved in on the 3rd. The staff moved an apt not ready to be looked at until the 11th and got it ready for me in a few hours. Place is clean, appliances work, and I got my own balcony storage area. Two days later, got my washer and dryer installed. 5/5 Would like here again.

I had a very disappointing experience when I went to see these apartments. The woman assisting me was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. She refused to give me a tour, claiming there was no availability, even though online it clearly shows available units and there is a sign outside stating that tours are offered. Instead of providing information or showing the property, she focused on asking multiple unnecessary questions about whether I could actually afford the apartment. If someone is actively looking for an apartment, it should be assumed they are financially prepared to move forward. I have now lived here with my husband and son for a year. I posted a review right after we moved in back in 2023. I still feel the same as I did on my first day. We love it here!! It is quiet and wonderful! We have lived in apartments for many years now, and this is by far the best! There isn't anything to complain about. It is a well finished apartment! We all agree that we plan to be here for many years. As far as the complaints in other reviews, we have experienced none of them. The walls are not thin. We hear nothing from our neighbors around us. It is warm in winter and cool in summer! The pool was finished before summer this year, and we enjoyed it! The hallways are clean and well lit. The elevator is kept clean. The yard areas are good!
