Clearfield Hills Apartments

My partner and I have lived here for about 3 weeks now and we love it!! The neighborhood is solid, management is quick to respond and cares about the tenants (shout out to Terry for being AMAZING with our move in process!), and we’ve had a good time meeting our neighbors and exploring the area. Absolutely would recommend living here!

I lived there for about 5 years. These are great apartments in a great area. Very quiet and peaceful. It has a nice playground and laundry 24/7. I loved my time there and I will always recommend it. Lisa and office staff, maintainance are very friendly and always helpful. They are very quick to attend any problem that arise. I felt safe in place. 😊Thank you 🙏

Wouldn't live here again not kid friendly to many rules on the property you will be wrote up and be evicted for anything. I did live here for 4 years when I moved out I kept communicating with the office ladies and told them to call me and let me know if I had any charges left. They never called to let me pay my remaining balance of 400.00 dollars. They took me to court and now I owe 5 times that amount. They wouldnt ever answer their phones and I would get their voice mail. Apartments are old no washer and dryers. They have a laundry mat but half of the machines are broke or take your money. I would highly recommend you rent some where else. No a great place to live always walking on egg shells with the property.

I lived here for almost three years and loved it and had no issues. Management is very kind, understanding and respectful. Any maintenance problems I had were fixed promptly. Clean grounds, big bedrooms and friendly neighbors.

Lived here for two years. Friendly management, quiet & friendly neighbors that mind their own business. Maintenance workers are on top of work that needs done. Only thing I would complain about is the washers in laundry room need replaced. The laundry room is open 24-7 which is nice but, the washers are horrible.
