A Buyer's review: Had a hard time to even open escrow. They use some janky 3rd party app that is broken. The app has a 1 star rating. So. I had to wait for a doc service to come get my check. First assistant, a child, ignorant and ineffective and could not answer ANY questions as to the insurance coverage or services I was receiving. Screwed up HOA payment inquiries. I was never given timelines of how the process would happen. I didn’t even get a phone call regarding my closing date arrangements. I HAD TO CALL THEM as I was closing in 2 days. I questioned the ethics and integrity of the closing assistant I had to deal with, Erica. They charged me for mobile notary service so I asked. “It’s already in the bank docs.” She responded. I went into Power title agency yesterday, 7/10/23, to get info on transferring a title and find out exactly what I needed. When I walked in, I was asked what I was there for by a lady actually sitting with a customer, so at first could tell we're voice came from, but eventually figured out it was the lady directly in front of me with a customer at her desk (cube). Apparently there are multiple sign in sheets, no numbers to take, depending on why your there. She directed me to sign the sign in sheet for title transactions. I did at 11:16. As I waited,each customer that came in was asked why they were there and directed to a sign in sheet, by the same lady that was sitting with a customer at her desk. Lindsey Argo was a huge help to us in closing on a Mesa property... she was always available for our calls and messages, and helped us through a confusing process of selling property for someone else. We hope her Mgr. appreciates her as much as we do!

People say the home buying process is stressful, not with clear title. 10/10 loved our experience
