Clayton's Mark Apartments- Clayton Mark Affordable LLC

Luc and her manager had some bad attitude and I was calling to ask about a two bedroom. Turns out this place is Section 8 housing and the staff does not know if they would have something available until 6 months - 3 years. If I was the owner I would send my whole staff to a customer service training program. Why move here and deal with that trash? Only on section 8 would I deal with these people.

Not the best apartments but management is super friendly and helpful.

I live here this apartment need to be inspected by the hud the manager is so careless the staff don’t do anything beside sleep in the office... I have kids and I can’t believe there rats there bugs the whole apartment is molded from windows and bathrooms it’s cause we can’t pay full rent no one comes and inspected the apartments good they can remodel it at lease or pay pest control to come take car of all this. please if anyone know how to get hold of the hud or anyone that responsible for this apartment I would like there number I we’ll contact them and see if I can help my self and everyone here from the rats the bugs the molded apartment everyone lives in I we’ll rate this apartment no star what so ever for the disgusting place they have these people living in

Poor maintenance the manger show favoritism and rude these apt is roach infested havent even been here a year and i hate it they dont repect if your kids trying to sleep at night the only thing i like is the assistant who work in the office

Poor maintenance the manager is disrespectful and rude there's roaches everywhere and mice running around and don't be surprised if the mice greet you on yo stoves it's so nasty I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy. i
