During our building process, we worked directly with the owner of the company, Steve. He came to the table with great ideas, and a desire for quality workmanship. We had some hiccups and miscommunication about some changes to the original plan, and certain design aspects; however, Steve quickly rectified any issues and ensured we were happy with the final product. We have been in our home for a year now, and love it. We've had minor issues that popped up during our one year warranty period that Steve readily addressed. We couldn't be happier with our forever home, and it wouldn't have been possible without Steve and his team at Classic Quality Homes. Steve is amazing to work with! We just completed our one-year warranty, and he was easy to get ahold of, as always. We built a completely custom home, and Classic Quality was the only builder that allows you to customize everything. Many of their "standard" features are considered to be "upgrades" with other builders. We met with a lot of other builders, and they don't even compare.

We did a lot of research when considering building a custom home. After months of evaluating all options available in the area we confidently chose Steve at Classic Quality. I should start by saying I am a perfectionist to a fault. Steve was understanding of that and still managed to exceed expectations.
