We worked with Hannah as first time home buyers and cannot recommend Bowen enough. They started our journey with a very informative First-Time Homebuyers Seminar and Hannah answered all our questions every step of the way. We had to travel a few hours to see homes in our desired area and Hannah was willing to re-arrange her schedule multiple times for us to get a full day of home visits. We also had an issue with our lender before closing and the whole Bowen team worked to find us a last minute contractor to get some work done on the home to get it ready to close. Hannah nd the Bowen agency made our home buying process easy to understand and, nearly, stress free.

I loved working with Bowen! This was my first home buying experience and Kristine made it so easy. She answered all of my questions and really made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Called Tony Waltz on a 6/23 (Monday) in the morning to schedule a showing on a property he had listed, agreeing to his recommended time on 9/27 (Friday) at 5 pm. I arrived to the property at the agreed upon time and waited a few minutes after, but he never showed. I promptly called, but was ignored. The homeowner didn't even know about the showing. I planned on calling the following Monday, but the property was listed as "contingent" on Saturday. I checked my cell phone to see if he tried to call during the week that I might have missed, but he didn't. My experience with Bowen Agency is that the particular agent I contacted displayed unprofessional behavior. Could not have asked for a better experience than Kristine Horten provided through Bowen. My husband and I recently closed on our first home and she made the process so easy and was also super easy to work with. Very responsive and quick to answer any questions and schedule showings.
