I recently sold my home with Mertz & Associates. I worked with Kyle Ard and she was fantastic to work with and helped me through the whole process and kept me updated throughout every step in the selling process. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.

No maintenance ever. MERTZ threw out my posessions illegally, tried gathering tenants to sign a document to force me out. Evicted me after I already planned to move because they alleged i owed rent but NEVER gave receipts. AFTER 2 YEARS OF ASKING. SAME WITH LEASE. CK (owner) was guilty of violating a restraining order that I needed to get against him and paid a fine. ADA violations. Floors fell apart in shed so they just threw things away and changed locks. LOTS MORE WITH PICS AS DOCUMENTATION.

Scott was very helpful in selling my mother's home after her passing. He kept us in the loop with everything and the sale went very smoothly. We couldn't have hoped for a better person or agency to help us in our time of need. This wasn't the first time we used his services and won't be our last! Thank you Scott. You are number 1!!
