Clarion Cove

I lived there for three years and it was one of the best places I have lived especially considering the price. Mary White is the manager of the apartments and Jeff her husband is the handyman of them. My family and I rented the 3 bed 3bath two floor apartment for 727 a month. There are monthly neighborhood activities planned by Mary so neighbors can mingle. There is a quarterly inspection as well as a monthly bug extermination of the inside of the apartments whether you are at home or not. There is a children's playground, workout room, and club house which are really nice.

One super nice convenient place to live.. minutes from the park and baseball fields. Walkways around the park are safe and well lite up..

Clarion Cove and Jubliee townhomes. Yes, the place is luxury but the staff does NOT treat you with respect. This is the most RACIST company ever. The manager ELLEN needs to be fired. All she does it eat and be on her personal phone. She does not make effort for anything. She's actually pointed out that I was black and asked me "where my baby daddy at". The most disrespectful lady I've ever met in my entire life. Not happy at all!

I didn’t even turn in my application and money order. The manager was rude and made my family and I wait out in the rain while she made copies of our social security cards and drivers license, which she didn’t want to do. I immediately changed my mind and left. No thank you.

The complex is very clean, quiet, and friendly. The office manager, Mary, has a beautiful personality!
