Brookhill Village Apartments

I’ve just recently moved here in November 2025, Jennifer worked with me very well and got me into my place as quickly as she could. It’s a a super quiet and peaceful neighborhood with the surrounding neighbors. Apartments are very updated!.

Greta aprments very nice the only complainta is people are very loud at all hours of the night and blaring music during the wee hours s of the morning like might and 2am and then lots of slamming doors going on in close apartments.there a major weed problem here you can smell it in your apartment but nothing gets done . But tell residents to call the officer on call still a major issue I have lot my job due so and parking is a pain sometimes lots of people parking that don't live here . You have to park sometimes either across from your apartment building or in front on another building . People also leaving trash on the ground and don't pick it up.

Has been a great place to call home between moves while our house was being built.

I have enjoyed living in these apartments but lately the residents that have moved in don't exactly care about respecting the other residents. There have been extremely loud early morning (2am)conversations outside my window on several locations. The new tenants are throwing trash outside of their cars and making the place look trashy. I know that the manager works hard to make sure the place looks nice and she has always been very nice and helpful. I read reviews that talked about a bug problem but in the short time I have lived here I have never had a issue with bugs. For the most part I truly have enjoyed my time here and hope to stay for a while.

The maintenance is absolutely outstanding gets everything done in a reasonable amount of time after being told about an issue. Property manager is very sweet and understanding. Will work with you in the best way possible, No complaints at all. Love the environment and the spacious parking.
