CJ Management

No idea why I got this letter this person dose not live at this address I've had my apartment since March of 2018 let alone it says there needed to a signature for this letter and it was just put into my mailbox I did not sign for anything I wrote on it return to sender

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! CJ Management has terrible customer service, maintenance is lacking, and they are extremely rude. We had a ongoing bug issue while living there from other tenants. Also, the walls in the unit were paper thin, so we heard everything, everywhere, it was horrible. When we moved out the property decided to charge us an absurd amount of money for cleaning charges that were not valid and then refused to address them with us and be fair in the matter. Again, DO NOT LIVE HERE

They are very rude. Anytime you call either they don’t pick up. I literally was having a conversation with one of them at the Kilmer office and she told me end of the story and she hung up that’s very rude customer service

They have pest issues always lurking and looming!!!!
