We were looking to refinance our mortgage but didn't want the hassle of getting spam calls 24/7. I had never used a 3rd party to search for me, nor did I personally know anyone who had. I searched and eventually saw CJ's name pop up on numerous Reddit posts with tremendously positive feedback. I felt like it was worth a shot so we reached out. Right off the bat, CJ was very informative, friendly, and transparent. The time between our first call and closing was less than a month, and it would've been faster if I didn't get the flu! I never had to wonder when CJ would get back to me and that communication was extremely valuable to us. Will 100% recommend to my friends, and would be a return customer if the opportunity ever presents itself!

Cant be happier with the service provided by Carl-John. Our process was anything but conventional (due to reasons on our end personally). Carl-John went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed to overcome all of the roadblocks thrown our way. Really felt like he had our backs and he has made a lasting impression on us. We can’t recommend him enough!
