If I could give zero stars, I would. CJ Home Improvement is the very definition of unprofessional chaos disguised as a business. They promise everything, deliver nothing, and vanish the moment accountability appears. I hired them expecting craftsmanship and integrity — what I got instead was excuses, delays, and pure irresponsibility. They don't answer calls, they miss appointments, and when they finally show up, the work is rushed and sloppy. What’s worse, they act like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up. There’s no respect, no communication, and certainly no professionalism. I’ve dealt with many contractors before, but CJ Home Improvement has been the most disappointing experience by far. If you value your time, money, or sanity — run the other way.

They've done two things for us so far, and we're more than satisfied. They built a custom deck of my design and did some repairs to get us thru an inspection. Workmanship in both cases excellent. On the second, small job, Cyndi lowered the price when the labor time was substantially shorter than originally thought. We'll be using them for everything, repairs, windows, updating things, for as long as we can see into the future.
