Worst real estate transaction of my life. Craigville Realty failed to disclose the seller had placed the house in bankruptcy before my offer was made. Their client proved to be dishonest and unethical, twice delaying the closing and violating the P&S agreement, costing me money because of the delays and removing unauthorized items from the house. Craigville Realty also failed to deliver even the basics at the closing (even the sets of house keys) and pocketed a small fortune without even offering to reimburse me a penny out of fairness. Do NOT do business with this agency.

Professional, helpful staff especially Terry who handles the vacation rentals. We have used their services for over 15 yrs and have never been disappointed. We love the avenues in West Hyannisport. Craigville Realty are the experts there. Martin, the owner is a true gentleman. Give them a try. You will be happy you did. Ask for Martin or Terry.

Careful with Martin, the owner. He is rude, llier, a total disrespectful person who loves to "touching" his prey. Stay away!
