I have done multiple real estate transactions over the years; residential and commercial. In 30 years I don't think I have felt this confident in an agent. Erin is smart, conscientious, meticulous, and easy to communicate with. She is the opposite of lazy. She does not let deals go without her full attention. She knows her business, she knows her clients...she is organized and responsive. I can't praise her work enough. Oh yes, I never bother writing reviews unless someone makes a real impression.
