Civic Property Management

My boyfriend and I have been here for 2 years going on 3 . We have nothing but amazing things to say about our residence here at The Seville. Matt the property manager constantly goes above and beyond to make this a great place to live he’s very curtious and professional . Maintenance is also very professional and accommodating. We are truly grateful to be here with our 2 cats!!!

The communication was inconsistent and not well organized when one of their properties sustained Fire and Water damage. During the process, they also allowed extensive theft from several residents to occur while the building was shut down. I would highly not recommend renting from this property management group, I’ve lost a lot of respect for them through this entire process.

The team at Civic Property Management has been great. During my time at the Seville apartments in Easton, they were always very response to any requests. The building is well maintained and kept clean with lots of amenities. I would recommend the Seville or any of there other properties.

Pearl Pointe Apartments is managed by Civic Property. Residing at Pearl Pointe luxury apartments homes began as a wonderful experience, since September of 2021. It’s a beautiful community. The concerns associated at the complex is all about water flooding into the bedroom window. It has happened twice, and if fixed properly and professionally the first time it should not have happened a second time. We all know what happens when flooring is flooded with water and if the water is not suctioned up properly it will create other major problems because of the dampness in the carpet and underneath flooring. We would like to believe this issue matters to the owners and if made aware of these conditions they will do the right thing to take appropriate actions to fix everything. This is a very dis
