1. Best apartment complex of my life 2. Be realistic, you live in Hayward lol 1. After 13 years of living around I still cone to think of this place as the best place I've ever lived in. Ive lived all over California and was in Hayward for 8/9 years and lived all around Mission in various complexes. I have also lived in two other states. And let me tell you, this IS THE BEST PLACE. I lived here in 2021 but I had multiple friends here since 2012. Moving in was so easy. It could have been rocky since the unit i was going for was being renovated so they never let me actually tour it. I was afraid it would be a "landlord" special but I took a chance and said whatever I've seen the outdated ones and id even be fine with those. It turned out to be amazing. The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Trash is a constant mess, the amenities are not ADA friendly, and management doesn’t respond to basic questions. The reviews about how helpful management is are obviously fabricated because I never in the 1.5 years I lived there saw anyone from management. They will send an email and state “please let us know if you have any questions” and then never respond to you when you do have questions. My partner is disabled so he couldn’t use their amenities since there is not a way to access them without taking stairs. They also charge a hot water energy fee?? On top of water/electric/gas charges. But the trash was definitely the worst. Always over flowing even right after it was emptied. I saw roaches on many occasions. The trash would blow around a

DO NOT LIVE HERE. my update: Still the same. Management will be nice and try to appease your discomfort without actually fixing the problem. I left that place and left my apartment in decent condition.Pictures are below. I lost my whole security deposit and had to pay 300 on top of it.. I question this highly, but I am now a former resident.I give this place a zero rating if I could. But I will say this, once you are moved in the apartment itself is nice and city view is pretty! but good-luck paying rent and paying for your car to be fixed from being vandalized because it will and when you move don’t expect to get your security deposit back.

***Avoid this complex at all costs.*** I lived here for just one year and it was a nightmare from day one. The unit was old, dirty, and clearly neglected. Management talks a big game about "quality of life," but that’s just marketing. In reality, they’ll hide pre-existing issues during move-in, then pin the blame on you during move-out. My unit had chipped paint, black mold in the shower door tracks, gaps in the walls, and a rusty kitchen sink that was lazily painted over — the coating faded in less than a week. We even found out the original unit we applied for had a full-on roach infestation, so they swapped us into this one last minute. Noise was a constant problem. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was ever resolved. People were throwing parties, singing and shouting at 5 a.m., s

Juvencio was awesome! He took care of all the maintenance requests we submitted and got everything fixed super quickly. Really appreciate how fast and smooth the whole process was!
