City Heights on Second Apartments

I recently moved in and have just been living at City Heights for a little over a month now and so far it has been great! Mariana was very helpful during the leasing and move-in process and was very quick to respond with answers to any issues. I like the layout and spaciousness of my 2-bed apartment, good price point too.

I've lived here 9 years. It's probably the best complex I've lived in, at least they don't try to price gouge me every year at renewal time. Could there be improvements? Certainly. Are they pressing enough I can think of them off the top of my head? No.

My family and I lived here for one year from 2022 to 2023. During our stay, my kids, and I had no terrible issues. It was easy to live here. We even had our trash picked up off the porch once a week. Pretty sweet. Packages were secure at the front. Maintenance came when we then needed them and on time. Everyone in the office was good to us as well.. shout out to Latrice!! She always kept it real with me and vice versa. I would live here again, no doubt! I could say the pool was disappointing.. But that’s not really a big deal.

I’ve had such an amazing experience living here! Everyone in the leasing office is so lovely and very responsive. Maintenance was always quick, if they couldn’t get to you the same day they would be there the day after. They even have discounted rent for first responders which was greatly appreciated 🙏 I wish I could stay here much longer, it’s been the best place I’ve stayed so far!

Worst apartment I have ever moved into, first upon move in they said they couldn’t find any previous residential history or my credit score which were all lies, mind you I have lived in 2 different places before moving here into this place, also my credit score was great. They just said this so they could scam me to get $400 risk fee which I definitely wanted to go somewhere else but because I didn’t have enough time to find a better place I just paid. Now they keep changing management like napkins, the first management when I moved in were okay, the maintenance too would respond to your request and get things fixed. The current management they have now is trash, I would put in work request and they wouldn’t respond for over months and when I go to see someone in the office about it, I’m
