Current tenant and it is like living in hell. The experience has been a nightmare and I will be moving, I refuse to renew my lease. From rat infestation,unknown people in the halls,unsafe entry doors,neighbors that make noise 24/7 and nothing is done about it. You can’t get any sleep at all,why should I have to leave home to sleep. The most discriminatory and disrespectful management company I have ever had to deal with. Do not move into their property,you will regret it !

So far City Habitat has done very well for us regarding HOA property management. Nikola Cetkovic is our building manager and he's done great, promptly responding to requests and concerns.
