City Flats on Walnut Apartments in Bloomington

I lived here from Fall 2019 to Summer 2021 while finishing school at IU. The location is perfect, close to downtown and campus. I loved living here, the apartment was beautiful and modern in terms of fixtures and finishes, and maintenance was always responsive. All of the staff here go above and beyond to make sure your experience is top-notch from when you first tour the apartment until the day you move out. I can’t recommend City Flats on Walnut enough!

I have lived at City Flats on Walnut for over a year and have re-signed my lease for another. Management is wonderful, maintenance is quick, kind, and helpful. City Flats is a great community in a great location with nice amenities and a friendly & helpful team of people working. I highly recommend this building or the other City Flats communities

I lived here during graduate school in 2016-2017 and could not recommend this place more. It's at a great location (walkable to the square, bars, etc. downtown) and I even walked to class on campus (~15-20 minutes). The staff were super helpful and friendly and I never waited longer than 24 hours for a maintenance issue to be dealt with. It's student-friendly (but not overrun with students), quiet, safe, and I was happy to always have my assigned parking spot.
