City Flats

The first time I saw the apartment I knew that it was perfect for me. I love to cook, and the kitchen is beautiful. The bedroom has plenty of room for all of my things. The management made it very easy to apply to be in the building and I find the portal to be very helpful in terms of understanding all the things I need to know about living there. I’m so glad I found this place, City Flats is great!

This place seemed nice at first, they told me I wouldn’t pay rent until February and then January comes around and I get hit with a bill for $1083 and then I get charged a late fee of $100 because I didn’t make the payment because I was told I wouldn’t be billed until February. Here we are February and my new bill is $1593 so my payment goes up $600. I wanted to end my lease and I was told I had to pay $3000 for the concession (I signed my agreement in November and was told no payment until February) I was told then I would need to pay another $3000 to end my lease bringing it out to $6000+ there is no one at these apartments, my granite was scratched on my counter which I signed off on, there is no covered parking. For what you pay you definitely don’t get the value, my apartment still ha

Celina at City Flats has been extremely helpful with the move in and has made everything a breeze. The layout is very nice and the property is VERY clean!
