City Centre Apartments

We moved into Ciry Centre apartments to save money as their apartment SEEMED cheaper. When we were getting ready to move there. We were told by the leasing agent that there wasn't a apartment ready for us to move into. Due to the carpet needing to be replaced. We were also told the replacement of the carpet in unit 308 was not in the budget that month. This was early February 2024. The lease agent got back to us and said. "We can rent you that apartment at a slightly lower rate if you.are willing to move into to the apartment with the carpet that should have been replaced." We agreed to move in. During our time there the CAM fees were raised over and over again without notice!! They eventually pushed them in with the water sewer trash so they wouldn't be seen. We were being charged about 1

This is a great place and a reasonable price. The hot SPA, swimming pool, and gym are great. Few things that needs attention, like the bathroom fan not working and a door latch missing. We just finished the move on Saturday and will let the management know on monday.

Great customer service from Sina Tukumoiatu. She made sure we understood the process and was very welcoming and professional. Sina made our move in easy and exciting. If you're looking for your own space apartment, come to City Centre Clearfield and meet up with her. She's an amazing person.

I have only lived here since the end of December last year but I have enjoyed living here. The apartments are spacious and I like having room to move around. I’ve had maintenance out twice for a smoke detector that loves to beep and have to keep changing the battery on it. I do have to say living in an apartment you have to weigh the pros with the cons like other tenants that don’t respect the rules and don’t know how to walk a little more quiet and play your music a little quieter just out of respect for your neighbors. The pool looks beautiful so whoever is keeping it up is doing a good job. I do feel though that quiet hours on Friday and Saturday should be extended an hour just because it is the end of a long work week and it’s nice to unwind and have a little fun. Just my opinion. I was debating leaving this review, because we have already moved out, but I cannot in good conscience ignore this. My wife and children and myself lived in these apartments for about four years. We were relatively healthy when we moved in, but after some time in these apartments, everybody started getting sick constantly, from breathing problems, to intense headaches, my wife would get such bad dry skin it would peel off and bleed. After watching the maintenance guy butcher so many different repairs, as well as him not being HVAC certified even though it’s required, I believe we had sick building syndrome. I genuinely do. We’ve been out of that hell hole for over a month and the difference is already staggering. My kids don’t have a weird dry cough, my wife’s dry skin is clearing up. You
