Wonderful place. I've had the chance to stay there for a while and I can only Say that I loved it. Location, services, views, etc. Are great. The terrace is wonderful because the view of Downtown LA is great, plus the location is FABULOUS, only 15 min walking distance from all downtown important places. I highly recommend them.

Enjoy the 8th floor rooftop. You can see the city and all its glory. I keep forgetting how beautiful it is at the top. The Apartments are definitely luxurious. Security was very helpful.

Circa is an absolute beautiful building led by an amazing attentive team. The building has views for days and is conveniently located to Crypto Stadium and LA Live. The selection of food options within walking distance what drew me to this location. Can’t wait to live at this community.

I made a grave mistake by living in Circa for over a year. The building is in a state of disrepair and perpetually dirty. The 8th floor reeks of dog urine, and the elevators and water systems are constantly out of order, undergoing maintenance or experiencing leaks. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the incompetence of the management, Kevin and Luke, who consistently refuse to address any issues. To make matters worse, Circa permits Airbnb rentals despite being prohibited in the leasing contract. I’ve complained to management about my neighbor’s Airbnb and reported multiple incidents involving Airbnb guests, including police calls, attempted break-ins to my apartment, harassment and employee had open my package and stole the context. Management has shown no interest in tak
