The property is very well cared for with respect to maintenance and grounds keeping. There is also a good security measure in place for the safety of the residents. I highly recommend this affordable housing property if you want a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Its very fair for the cost of living. Friendly staff and club parties are a regular thing on holidays and other special occasions.

Just dropped off my keys after 3 years of living here. I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help, which made everything so much easier. The maintenance team is outstanding — very fast, efficient, and reliable whenever something needed attention, they even got out of their ways to help me with my flat tire twice, and saved my day many many times. The neighborhood itself is amazing, with kind and respectful neighbors, and the whole community feels quiet, calm, and safe. I always felt at home here and truly enjoyed my time living in this complex. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live! Linet was especially helpful — she’s bilingual, which made everything so much easier and made me feel comfortable from the start. It was the grace of God that I found my apartment here when I did. There were way more expensive options that didn’t look near as nice nor had a washer and dryer. I love my large capacity washer and dryer! My apartment isn’t an upgraded model but it still looks very nice!! Again, not like some I’ve seen out there. Such a blessing. I’m nestled in a grove and I love the view. They take such good care of the grounds. Friends and family who have visited me have also noticed this. It’s clean and well maintained. Any maintenance requests have been handled efficiently and there are zero hassles and drama. I dog sit for a friend a few times a year and when I spoke to them about it, no problem! In fact if you have a pet, there is no pet fee per month!! They have provisions in the lease in case you
