Do not live here! Do not believe the pictures. Greatly overpriced for very old apartments. New management is not showing very great management skills. Without notice, they tried to charge us residents a monthly parking fee for an uncovered assigned parking spot that was up for grabs for anyone to park in & there’s also no longer visitor parking! It takes them forever to fulfill maintenance requests. We waited almost 2 months for one request to be handled, & it’s still not resolved! Cabinets & drawers are falling apart. The painting over the tub & wall tile is constantly peeling. Water is always being turned off, & you never know if you’ll have hot water for your bath/shower. Highly recommend staying away from these apartments. From management who has no type of organization to the roach infested building. Management will keep telling you they'll follow up and they never do. They'll even go as far as setting up an appointment after closing hours and don't bother staying. They're lack of organization caused me to have a parking spot on the other side of the apt complex, and lie stating that's how the system works, however, my next door neighbors get their spots assigned right in front of their units. Even with the new management, work orders still take months to get resolved. Way overpriced apartments for the quality and service they provide.

I’ve been living in this property for 3 years. They never changed anything until now this new management is changing things very fast. I was complaining about not having hot water but I didn’t know all the steps that it takes to fix a boiler and trying to fix everything that the old management didn’t do is going to take some time. So the best thing to do is to stay patient and wait for better results. I love this place because I have never seen a roach ever in my 3 years of been here. Obviously we have to help out and clean to keep them away. I love new management they are great !!!!!

Please do not move to these apartments; it would be the worst decision. The new management is simply terrible. They promise repairs that never happen. My home is in an uninhabitable state, with holes in the windows, a broken bathtub handle, dysfunctional air conditioning and heating, and three out of four burners in the kitchen not working, with no efforts to fix them. Do yourself a favor and avoid moving here.

New owners no longer allow senior discount. All new office staff, seem competent. Maintenance is good people and effective. Large complex, so may not get help immediately or timely. Updating 12.17. New office staff - very good service. some of the same maintanence people, so there feels like continuity. Improvements have been made here. I haven't asked for remodel yet as that would increase rent too much. I am renewing my lease for another year. My fridge went out, they quickly replaced it. Previous staff said they couldn't fix my toilet that was running overmuch. Now it's working well. Love the neighborhood. Nice neighbors too. oh, good bus service here too. 501 on weekends, 514 and 505 weekdays.
