Château on Wells

Chateau on Wells has been a great experience and prime location in River North. This apartment building has so much stuff in walking distance and really cool street with restaurants coffee shops etc. The vibe of the lobby is super post and cute, boutique feels for sure!

Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’m not even sure how this building has any positive reviews and I would give 0 stars if I could. This building is advertised as “luxury” but could not be further from it. Management is off site (out of state) and difficult to communicate with. Since moving in 6 months ago there has been a complete management switch and little to no communication regarding this, leaving us with no way to submit maintenance requests, pay rent, etc. Additionally, the building has no door man or staff in the lobby, leaving it extremely easy for anyone to get in. When my roommate and I moved in there were many issues with our unit, including a leaking fridge, bug infested patio, bug filled window screens (causing us to be unable to open our windows), a broken dishwasher, and

The location of this building is amazing! The food, walking and entertainment options are so good. The staff also made the move in incredibly easy, even though it's an offsite managed building. I'm all around so pleased with our experience so far and can't wait to live here! Our dog and cat absolutely love it too.

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone here, don't do it-current resident and had high hopes only to be disappointed. Charges are not broken down nor you know where they came from. Avoid this place

I cannot say enough positive things about this building. I love living here and the location is hard to beat. Walkable to restaurants, gyms, coffee shops and even the lake. I would recommend this building to anyone!
