I had a great experience working with Yorluari at the leasing office. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions clearly, made sure everything was handled quickly, and went above and beyond to make my move-in smooth and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about helping residents and making sure they’re comfortable. I truly appreciate her kindness and efficiency — definitely one of the best leasing representatives I’ve met!

I moved in 2022 and wasn’t the happiest with my first apartment, had many issues and they were not quick to resolve the issue. Yorluani worked to get it resolved even though the upper management were doing everything in their power to not assist. Yorluani was able to get me moved to a new apartment and has been very helpful and supportive of any issues that I’ve had since. The apartment company is under new management and has a new leasing team aside from a few members and is much better than previous owners and leasing staff. The prices used to be reasonable however I don’t think they are fair now under the new Fairfield company. I would recommend living on the side with the leasing office (2105) definitely not the 2100 side it is a major difference.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Charles communicated effectively, and was consistent, and clear throughout the entire process. He followed through on what was offered and made insightful recommendations. He was professional and courteous every step of the way. The office also responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner, wish I am very impressed with.

I have lived here for over a year and I love it ! My 1 bed room has lots of space and all the amenities I need. My favorite part is all of the windows. I have a corner unit with a patio and lots and lots of sunlight.
