Christopher Todd Communities On Camelback

Since moving here I’ve watched it get worse and worse. Gate is broken often leaving no safety for residents. Abandoned cars parked for months. Dog poo everywhere. No security. Drug addicts in and out all night. Music blasting through out the night. Trashes overflowing. The smell of a dirty cigarette ashtray lingers often. Would not recommend. Due to the issues all coming from the offices lack of care and responsibility I’d be more than happy to speak with your supervisor to go over the list of not only problems but safety issues in this community that you allow daily

do not move here! Do not let the pretty pictures online for you! This place is a completely different place. Once the office shuts down, there is no security, there is no courtesy patrol, it’s not safe after hours. Issues or complaints put into the office take months to get a reply and most of the time they don’t reply at all. Your office staff is the issue, I’m more than happy to speak to corporate or whoever oversees this office.

My fiancé and I came to tour the property as we were very interested in moving here. The lady in the office was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. AirPod in ear, wearing slippers, and overall rude. This encounter made the overall feel of the property ghetto.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! The property is very clean, and this is a place that will do what it takes to make sure the residents are happy. The move in was by far the easiest, smoothest, and most pleasant experience I have ever endured. Jessica was so pleasant, and I am so thankful to live at a place where the staff cares. Jessica was very professional and made this transition for me smooth and stress free. One of the many things I appreciated is the great communication skills she has. I never had to chase her down and she would even reach out to me to see if I needed anything as well as confirmed steps completed in the application process.
