I am writing this letter of appreciation on behalf of Ms. Christine Cheng for the remarkable service, care and execution in selling my mother’s home in Oakland, California. The listing was 3930 Lyman Road. The moment we met Christine we knew she was beyond perfect to obtain our listing and guide us through the journey for a successful sale. My mother is an awesome, well known life force in Oakland, California. Her restaurant, Ann’s Café, touched so many hearts and bellies of the 42 years in the Dimond District of Oakland. Since her retirement it now a Peet’s Coffee and Tea at the corner of Fruitvale Avenue and Bienati Way (a street named after her and our family for our service to the community). Christine fully engaged in our families history, place in the community and my Mom’s needs.
