I had a horrible experience with Chris. He is a liar. I liked this apartment that I saw with my broker. Gave an offer of $1800. He didn’t except it saying he had other higher offers. Now that the price came down to $1700. Which shows he was lying. My broker called multiple times and no response. Very unprofessional. Finally she got through and he cursed her out saying never reach out again I’m catching a flight. Mind you he is the listing broker. Then my realtor called his teammate. Max. And told him everything. He said he will talk to Chris. I think this is a discrimination issue. Which is horrible. It’s sad how people can act this way. Also I was selling my house he would constantly call me saying I would sell your house off market I have a buyer interested. I said sorry I

As an appraiser I have found Chris to be helpful and forthcoming when information regarding comparable sales and listings is not readily available.
