Chisholm Trace Apartments

Been here a year now and the ladies who work the office are so incredibly sweet and are always so helpful when I need something or when we have a issue. They are quick to be there and are very sweet to talk too. My boys love living here because of the pool. It's always so pretty and clean. They have activities here the kids can be involved in. Mother's day they made flower vases and those were so cute! They do make you feel welcomed and my kids enjoy going and chatting and getting snacks they have out. All around a nice place to live. And you are not far from anything. we truly love it here.

Update: …Never have I ever been so disrespected by Ms. Vicki. Sigh. Update: 4/18/23 - Things are better now and it really is a nice place. I guess my only complaint since i've been here upon construction is that you can hear everything. I'm just being honest. Noise at night is good though so you can get your sleep in. However, I guess that all depends on who your neighbor is. The two new ladies at front desk .. they are wonderful! Extremely helpful with issues etc Yes this place has been open for a year as I leased in July 2022. Other than the thin walls.. it's a great place for people who work from home, don't like being in the city and for people who are homebodies. :) However, there’s no food here and nothing to do. I see they are possibly building more attractions here in CLEBURNE b

Review for Chisholm Trace Apartments: Living at Chisholm Trace Apartments has been a major disappointment. I feel obligated to warn others about the ongoing issues here that management consistently fails to address. Health & Safety Neglect: I reported mold in my apartment — and knew of it in other units as well — and the only thing management did was paint over it. This is not a real solution and it put our health at risk. The mold got so bad that it even spread to our coffee table, which we had to throw out after just two years. Proper mold remediation was never done, despite multiple reports. Lack of Rule Enforcement: The complex has clear rules about quiet hours and pool curfews, but they are rarely enforced. This complex, which the office staff tout as "the only A class apartment in the area" leaves a lot to be desired. Part of the definition of an A class complex is: High-end exterior and interior amenities as dictated by other Class “A” products in the market High quality construction with highest quality materials Well merchandised with landscaping, attractive rental office and/or club building There is nothing "high end" about the amenities, quality construction/highest quality materials. The only building that seems to have any quality or "high end" items is the office itself. Amenities: a pool that is constantly dirty - see pic - it's maybe cleaned once a week. A clubhouse room that you can only use during business hours (M-F 8-5). Grills that you can only use when the pool is open

I absolutely love the apartments super quiet. Clean, the lady's at the front are really nice and answer all my questions when needed. Maintenence is pretty fast... overall I give it 5 star's
