Live Oak Apartments

I moved in 3 months ago. The community is well kept, quiet, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like home. I especially want to recognize Suki, who was the absolute best help ever. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, was incredibly kind and professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help the way he did. Highly recommend Live Oaks Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live with outstanding staff!

I am not living here, yet. We are counting down the days till our move in date. The apartments are very beautiful inside & out. Seems very spacious but we will see how everything fits. Awayhaze R's review is what really sold my husband & I into looking more into it. The staff I've met, we've met 2 different females in the office & both were really nice. We will of course update this review once we are moved in & lived here for a little while. But so far, we are just ready to be there!!!

I’ve only been here for a couple days so can mainly speak on service. I toured a few times to make sure I was making the right decision so they had every right to get tired of me but didn’t. So far, the service (especially by Leasing Agent Christina) has been prompt and attentive. When you are ready to get the ball rolling, she is ready too! At one point, I toured with Suki as well and he’s informative too! I think it’s safe to say they’re a good team. The apartment has been super chill and I haven’t had anything major present itself prompting me to contact the apartment.

Just WOW! Val, Suki and Christina are all SO very helpful! They helped me step by step, no attitude, no complaints, simply understood my wants and needs, very efficient, detailed and organized. The amenities are wonderful, the apartment is just absolutely gorgeous and I’m SO very excited to call this place home!! Thank you guys so much for an amazing experiencing for our first home!

I moved in to these apartments about 10 months ago. I really have enjoyed living at these apartments and the stainless steel appliances are a big plus. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is great too! The pool and grounds are well maintained. Also, the maintenance guys are extremely good - I give them 5 stars 🌟 all the way. They are friendly, prompt and do an excellent job! Just can't wait for the dog park to be completed...
